Saute 1 lb chorizo in oil, Add chopped onion and bell pepper. once done add 2 cups white cooking wine 4 cups chicken broth, chopped carrots, chopped celery, and pasta (I used about 3/4 C Penne) salt pepper and cayenne to taste. Once the pasta is done add stripped bass and take off the heat. Over cooking the fish will shred it and mess it up. This recipe can be modified any way you like.
