We just lost our lease of 15 years because land owner passed away and son is selling lease. As a result, we have 6 management minded, hunters in search of a good gathering spot to play poker and corn hole and maybe some deer hunting as well. We had a cabin, electric and water so that would be nice as well. We raised all of our kids up hunting ethically on the previous place and now we have a ton of grandkids we would like to pass on the traditions too.

Please let me know if you have anything.

Dale

What directions are you primarily interested in, NW, SW, NE, SE and size?

Honestly any direction. I love Central and South Texas but our place we lost was near Athens (East) so we are open??
Size would be 800 acres or up depending on terrain.
