Bryan Glass- He is a great agent. Also, owns Redleg Outfitters. So he understands hunting.....903-517-5889. I saw a place last week. 123 acres for $399,000 owner finance. Hunt County. Mainly bottom land with 20 acres to build something. Pecan Creek runs thru middle of it and it nairly land. Close to Bodairc and Ralph Hall. Good areas for Duck habitat you can put in.
