You can call corporate but they don't handle customer issues.
Have to do it all online and fill out questions.
I ordered a Dorman 1590121, this is a Headlamp assembly for my truck, It is BOTH headlamps, Left and Right.
They sent me Dorman 1590405,which is the left lamp assembly only.
so i fill out their form online and it tells me they can't send me a replacement part since i answered that i knowingly ordered the wrong part. WHAT!? i went back and looked through the form and no where did i answer yes or no to ordering the wrong part. And I have to pay to ship the part they sent me, which is wrong, back.. Jeeeeeeesus,

Amazon solves all that.

Rock auto had quicker shipping.

Amazon sells fake crap. I ended up with counterfeit ngk spark plugs from them a couple years ago.
For aftermarket headlights it may not matter but I’m still bitter.

Rock Auto has more counterfeit parts than all other part stores combined.

Tell your credit card company Rock Auto screwed you over and sent the wrong part and the won't make it right. That will get their attention IMO.

Ordered parts from them one time and one time only. Half of the front end rebuild kit was for a totally different vehicle than I ordered.

Rock auto is like ebay for kids born after 1999.

I was going to order Densos from them for my Tundra when it needs plugs. I have read many stories about counterfeit plugs on Ebay. Now I am wondering if that is a good idea. I don't use Amazon any more so no concerns there.

They sell junk. I ordered what they listed is OEM o2 sensors for a vehicle from them....and they weren't even close to oem. 1 of the 4 didn't last 30 days before it threw a code. I emailed them complaining about their false advertisement and they stated that it was considered "OE compatible"....I almost fell over.
If that was the case, then every POS import part they sell would be listed as OEM....since technically they are "compatible".
Never again with Rock.....

I had to replace the rear hub, inner and outer axle bearings, spindle nut, spindle nut key, and a few other small parts this past week on my 2500 HD. I tried Rock Auto, 1A Auto, ABC Auto, Auto Zone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, and NAPA. All were pretty high but did offer quick shipping. But none had everything I needed. Running out of ideas for a quick fix and needing to get back to work I called my local Chevy dealer. They had everything I needed and at prices lower or pretty comparable to online prices.

My only point is I always forget about going to the local dealer for parts. This time they saved my butt and some waiting time. I'll try there first next time before going online.
