Mike, Steve and I had a very interesting encounter with three javelinas last Saturday before the wind blew us out. They responded to a sound I call Killer Cottontail but obviously thought that it was one of the youngsters in distress. Bumped it with his nose and I turned it off as he was about to wreck the prototype caller. When I tell folks we are seeing things I haven't seen in nearly 60 years of calling, I am not kidding. Replicating the true animal sounds makes a HUGE difference.

thats great I had that happen in Junction years ago I was playing a rattling cassette and 4 goblers ran in and attracked my caller it was one of those Murry Burnam bag caller things ancient by todays standards but it was high tec in the early 80s

Yes, that big old bag cassette caller with the high tech speaker and 25 feet of extension cord was the death of a lot of critters.
