easiest way I've found, is to buy a whole pork loin, then cut into appropriate thickness steaks of various thicknesses depending on what you want to prepare.

Can cut thin, hammer with meat tenderizer, flour, egg wash, bread crumbs to make Schnitzel, skillet with a little oil, medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

can cut medium, put in a crock pot with potatoes, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, chicken broth, salt & pepper on high for a few hours ... fall apart tender with a creamy soup gravy.

cut thicker, SPG, into a smoker until center hits 145 (domestic, 165 feral),

thin to medium thickness, coat in flour, oiled skillet over low to medium heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes per side

I've never tried Parmesan crusted green beans, but they look great! Nice job!
