6’4” 260 lbs. Pretty active and healthy. Just wondering which one is better, in your opinion for bow hunting? Any safety concerns?

Just gotta have trees. Finding that perfect tree is a skill. 30+ years ago I used to hunt a lot on an original Amacker climber all over Ark, LA and E. TX. I preferred climber over Saddle because could stand and sit easier when needed to stretch. feeders and commercial blinds/pop ups have sure changed the way we hunt but for hunting hardwoods and field edges a good climber and hand saw/pruner can bring great opportunities.

Would absolute pick a climber over the saddle. I have a Summit Viper that I have just about worn out over my years of hunting public land and military installations.
However, as I have grown older (plus a wrist and two elbow surgeries) and now have our own land to hunt, I've come to appreciate a good ladder stand more and more.
