Kids came thru on their way back to Boise. Fed them pretty good with meat and veggies. Spending the night, so I guess I owe them breakfast also. Whole top sirloin, 5 hours at 200 degrees and then reverse seared at 500 degrees for 25 minutes. A little wild rice, sweet potatoes, and broccoli/cauliflower to go with.

No one likes gravy in my family, except me. I always make a little au jus for me, and some straight horseradish to clear my sinuses!!!
