Congrats to the hunters
I've heard that Fallow is now one of the hottest exotics in the state with large breed bucks commanding HUGE prices
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Two great bucks congrats I have heard Fallow deer taste as good as Axis, true or? The fallow I have ate is about like whitetail, not close to Axis IMO for taste.

It just depends when you hunt them. Usually the meat is better earlier in the year, end-jan to middle march, but once the rut starts and after that it just doesn't taste that good
