Smoked some babybacks for my birthday. They needed another hour to get where I like them, but they tasted fine as they were.

Roasted carrots with a maple syrup & pecan topping along with goat cheese. Very good.

Roasted potatoes with cheese, pretty good, but skip the Parmesan cheese next time.

I'm having a hunger attack, and it is 20 degrees outside -- too cold for this old boy to be minding my Traeger for three hours -- but have mercy those ribs look good! Also really like the presentation of the potato side.
