Just discovered this scope line and it looks impressive. Guy who founded the company was with Redfield for years and they are an American company. Ron Spomer had rave reviews on the Tract Toric line and they have some cool features.
Anyone on the board using them.
Thanks in advance.

I had one for while and the one I had was a good scope. Glass was very good, turrets were comparable to Bushnell Elite I have used but it was MOA so I ended up selling it.

They are consumer direct so you get a lot value for the money. The Toric line is made in Japan so glass and quality is outstanding. I have a pair of their Toric binoculars and they are awesome.

I believe they are the old Nikon staff that run the place. The optics are very good and turrets are pretty solid I would have one if they weren’t gray

I have a Tract Toric 4-20X50. Its a very nice scope, it has Schott glass that is very good. It has locking turrets that are awesome and are, in my opinion, the best feature of the scope. Its reticle is FFP, MOA and illuminated. Zero stop is solid and very nice. I did a box test and it was perfect. My only complaint is it pretty heavy.

That is what I heard is that they are heavy. Appreciate the comments keep ‘em coming

I don't have a Toric, but I have one of the Response line on an AR. I really can't complain about the scope...good glass, good adjustments, and all that. I just wish I'd chosen the other reticle option. Oh well.
One thing you might want to keep in mind is resale value. Unfortunately Tract hasn't established enough of a reputation to make it easy to sell off one of their scopes should you decide to move one. In my own estimation that's just an anomaly of marketing and lack of recognition of the brand. Nothing at all wrong with the product.

I have the Tract Toric 4.5-30x56 34mm ffp mrad. I haven't used it yet. Haven't even mounted it. It's the wrong scope for the rifle in terms of magnification and objective size, but I couldn't find anything else that fit all of my other requirements and I figured what the hell I'll give it a try. That was July 2021 ( https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/8328418/ar-15-mock-up). Maybe soon I'll get around to mounting and shooting.
I only need one vulnerability to get in and there's always at least one. So, it's just a matter of time.

I ran a tract toric 4-20 and was very happy. I wanted to try something new and that was a dumb idea. I shoot a buddy’s toric elr and it was awesome. They sell well on the hide. Other places not so much. It is on the heavy side but so is a vortex rzr and guys run those all the time.
