Has anyone put all terrain tires on a Yukon with 22 inch wheels without having to modify the vehicle (level, lift, etc)?
Just searching online and not coming up with much. I’ve seen some with Nittos on them but haven’t gotten close enough to see the make of the tire.
Thanks

Not to many options in the factory size but I’m almost positive the nitto terra grapplers and Toyo open county at come in the factory size.

Any tire in factory size will work without a lift. Toyo has a tire in almost every size possible.

A 33 inch tire on 18’s will ride a lot better than on 22’s, so wheel diameter plays a large role because it allows more sidewall.

I went with Goodyear Wangler Workhorse AT 285 45R22 114H
Has been a good tire in the 2 years they've been on my yukon xl. Used in both mud and snow.

I can’t wait for my tires to wear out on my Tundra so I can put some 15” steel wheels and real tires on it. The factory wheels are 20” and look like hell.

Went with Toyo AT3’s. They now make them in a factory size (they didn’t until recently). Left the 22’s as I like them and they’re what came from the factory. That’s the only option for this model.
Been driving 3/4 ton trucks and a Jeep for many years. Even with 22’s my ride comfort has improved dramatically. It’s hard getting old!
New tires do make it look a little less like a soccer mom!

Bigger brakes are part of the reason manufacturers have gone to larger wheels. I wanted 18s on mine but it came down to a choice of tires or rims. With 20s I got KO2s with 18s I would have gotten street tires. With the 18s my first stop would have been Discount Tire. I have tried to get the dealer to swap tires but they never give you anything for the OEMs.
