Beautiful. My grandfather had one in that caliber and a matching one in .358 Winchester. Somehow, he let the 250-3000 get away, but I got the .358 Winnie. ![[Linked Image]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51758789278_3d83338281_z.jpg)

Incredible rifle sir
You are making me very, very jealous. We had a very old 300 savage lever action in the family that originally belonged to my grandfather that one day was destined to be mine........... until my younger brother decided to take that rifle up to college with him in the panhandle to go mule deer hunting with a friend there and got it stolen. It has been many, many years now but I'm still so pissed off about it that I cannot even speak of it and have never confronted him about it because it wouldn't end nicely I'm sure.
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

He borrowed it from our dad to go hunting. It would have been mine as the oldest son and he would have gotten my mom's deer rifle most likely.
