I can't find any info about hunting pronghorn doe in Texas. I know that pronghorn must be taken on landowner tags but can only find info on bucks. Did a buck hunt a couple years ago and have a group that wants to go on a meat hunt.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Doe tags in Wyoming are a random draw, no PPs. Numbers are down but in good years you could get 2 and maybe combo with fishing and have a nice fun trip. Doe tags are easy to fill in most areas on decent years.
Sorry ,not trying to send this thread off another route. Sept in Wyoming though is spawning trout also, browns and brookies.

I didn't know the state let you shoot pronghorn does here.

I don't remember being able to shoot doe pronghorn in Texas. Draw NM or even better, as Wytex said, Wyoming. It's a little bit of a hike but worth it. Just finished up the last of my pronghorn meat from 2021. Good stuff. If you camp out for the cost of some gas and the tag you can have a great hunt. Heck, in most of the state you could stay in a motel and eat out everyday and be cheaper, and see more animals, than you would in Texas. All for about an extra day travel from DFW. And if you don't have the time, fly in. Even then you would at worst break even.

No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.

I didn't know the state let you shoot pronghorn does here. As far as I know, Pronghorn does are 100% no kill in Texas.

Tex we make the drive form Laramie to DFW area every year, it takes about 12-13 hrs and with 2-3 folks would be an easy drive up for a doe hunt. Fall trout fishing is awesome, brook trout and browns are spawning. You may find some bird hunting too if that interests you. Sage grouse season is end of Sept up here. Sept weather is generally nice, cooler with scattered chances at snow .
When quotas come out in April you could look over the list and I would be happy to help with info on any area I know. That goes for any of you all looking at coming up this Fall. You could be up hunting before your seasons open down in Texas.

WY often has reduced price doe/fawn antelope tags. We always put in for them when I was growing up in CO since CO has always been stingy with antelope tags. I think they used to be $48 apiece for non res and you could get 2 of them. We hunted north of Rock Springs and always filled all our tags.
