It was amazing. I started sending my back straps to the processor to have them run them through the tenderizer. 10x better than without.

You can do the same thing at home with a meat tenderizing
mallet. I prefer to myself, and season before I start hitting
on it. Slow and steady and proceed as normal with your cfs

Yep, did this for years but I never got it as tender as a mechanical tenderizer. I’ve used a blade tenderizer as well but still not the same results. Happy to have the processor do it for a couple bucks.
