Does this mean 18-20 year olds can carry a handgun today or does something else need to happen before this takes effect? I would love to get my 18 yr old son a handgun to carry for Christmas if he can do so.

the age minimum for Concealed or open carry licenses are 21..... even the so called, "Constitutional" carry bill, has an age minimum of 21. So i wouldn't think this (article subject) means much. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.postimg.cc/g28xhYh5/image.png)

Thays what just got shut down. I and highway patrol and state aren't fighting it. I so the 21 age minimum is no longer pper judge is unconstitutional. If be cautious as it gets sorted out. If you doesn't help of he runs into an overzealous uni uninformed cop.
Now he can cwrry at a BBQ or such. And believe was never an issue while hunting?
