Some need more scrutiny than most. A vast majority of these death penalty cases are rock solid.

Use a school shooter as an example or the theater shooter. Let’s get them executed. No one cares they had ptsd because they weren’t loved enough.

I would require lunch provided. And a souvenir photo.

It damn sure deters the one being put down from crime.

For sure, but so does life without parole.

Lots of gang members in prison still calling shots on the outside

Yep, this is what I had to deal with. If they are dead, no more kites being sent.

Even the ones that aren’t guilty?

I agree. The exceptions sure are tough, though.

Nitrogen asphyxiation is how I would do it if in charge.

After 1 appeal, I would sleep very well.

They’ve all had an automatic appeal. Innocent ones can go to Sneakys house. 😂

The man who shot and killed my sister in law and her manager execution style, over $1,200.00, sat on death row for 15 years. I can tell you his exit from the world was very peaceful and calm compared to how he killed my sister in law. I agree with one appeal and then let’s get to it. 15 years was a long time for the victims families to wait for justice to be served.

I was thinking of a method that has already been under review.

As a lover of history, impaling criminals in the median along shopping centers would be ok with me.

The English preferred method during the 1500’s would be rather inexpensive. They beheaded a lot of criminals with an axe. There was a professional that typically performed the lopping off and I’m fairly sure that he kept his tool sharp and ready.

He also took tips from the damned so that he would swing true and not have to "hack" to get the job done.

I’m ok with that. Nothing wrong with vengeance.

As soon as they are convicted shoot them. Give the mangy coyotes something to eat besides my goats.

Where do they get that information? Last time I saw prisoner costs, it was approx. $50,000 per year per inmate. Health care, education requirements, a couple of other mandatory costs.

I’m with DLadder. Sounds like BS to me.

One appeal then AMF.

Reasonable approach. 1 appeal, within a year, 18 months tops.

If it was quick, I believe it would deter others. But, alas, lawyers have changed the landscape. realmad
