What I don't understand is they let them keep doing it for 7 years.

I know of another case (Deer Feeding) that was discovered in 2016, and there is no prosecution until 2021. Maybe with all the violations to be investigated, it took that long to get a solid case.

I wonder if some of the fines are based on amounts set years back, when they poached the sheep instead of current fines?
Good work all around.
Just a reminder to those folks that keep saying maybe we'll just go hunt without a licenses since they are so hard to draw.
