I wouldn't normally post a picture of an invited meal, but it was friggin' amazing! Our friends had us over and she did spicy seasoned chicken enchiladas, home made refried black beans, Spanish rice, and salad with house made Balsamic vinegrette. I’m planning a weeklong trip there this spring. Our next state to explore. We’ve done the north and NE part of the state. Next trip will focus on central and southern Arizona
