Certainly a pass -- but yea, I'm leaning more toward 4 year old via the 2nd pic.

By this time, he may have lost some rutting weight, but I still see the trim waist and distinction between neck and torso.

Have to disagree that there is a 0% chance that it could possibly be a stud 2.5 year old!
Also think there is a very slim chance that it could possibly be a 4.5 year old.
