Was feeling a little more hungry than the petite fillets we picked up for dinner. So looked in the fridge, threw it on a bagel with an egg. Won’t be the last time I do this. Some cheese could have been nice. With potato wedges (35 min @ 400) and some quick sautéed asparagus. I love bagels for sandwiches. Totally indestructible in your backpack when hunting. Dry salami, cheddar cheese, and spicy Dijon mustard. High calorie and carbs to keep you going!!
