I have a rooster and a goose that won't shut up. I don't have the heart to kill this rooster, I like him. I already killed and ate all of his brothers. I wish I knew how to speak chicken, I would ask him nicely to be quiet and his new goose friend that showed up here 4 days ago. Cool bird, I'm feeding it, but it won't stop honking when I'm trying to sleep and that makes the rooster crow more. Tempted to make a big pot of chicken & goose dumplings for supper. Being serious.

The new goose and the HMFIC rooster have been having a disagreement all night. When I don't drink alcohol, I am a very light sleeper. They are still going at it...they have not shut up. I get dressed and go to the coop thinking there may me a snake or possum/coon......crickets. As soon as I lay down they are at it again and they are loud.....

Yes, that situation needs to be sorted out as soon as possible.
