I’ve been unable to connect from my desktop computer for a few days. Were there any recent changes?
I can still connect from my wife’s desktop through the same router. Can also connect from my phone. There were no changes on the desktop that won’t connect.
Have tried edge, chrome and Firefox.

Thanks. So far this is the only forum that I have had an issue with.

What is the actual error or message that comes up when you try to go to the website? Could it be possible your firewall or antivirus on that particular PC has blacklisted the site somehow. Maybe temporarily turn off your firewall and see it it connects.

I had tried clearing the cache and cookies.
The actual message is:
ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED
The message suggests checking firewall and antivirus configurations.
It’s just weird to see it on just one forum, even with different browsers.

It’s just weird to see it on just one forum, even with different browsers. If you have mcafee, it may have flagged it due to content. I had that recently. Clearing the cookies and telling the antivirus this is a safe site did the trick for me

Got the same problem. Thanks for the tip. And, maybe I need to dump McAfee.

I had googled the error message and did run through most of the steps.
I do run McAfee and suspect it at this point. I would be surprised if it would pick out THF for content though.

Go to your McAfee settings and turn it off or turn off real time scanning, whatever it is called. You can choose something like for 15 minutes or until restart. Or you can go back in and turn it back on manually. While it is off, go to the THF website. If it loads, McAfee was your problem and you need to figure out how to whitelist texashuntingforum.com in McAfee. If it still gives the error page, it was not McAfee that caused it. Just make sure you turn the virus protection back on after your done if not done automatically through the settings choice.

I ran into this problem yesterday. It's likely your McAfee firewall. I tried turning off the scanning (as suggested above) but that didn't work. But turning off the firewall worked. So, I turned the firewall back on and then opened McAfee and went to "my protection", then opened "firewall" menu and dropped down to "Net Guard". It will list recently blocked IP addresses. You can then select the blocked site and "allow" it... Before I selected one, I went back and tried to access this forum to purposely get blocked so I knew for sure that the one I selected was this one (because I have no idea what the IP address is for this site). It will time stamp it so I knew based on that time. Hope this makes sense and helps...

Thanks, I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one.
I’ve been covered up today and haven’t had a chance to look at it again. Thanks for sharing the steps, hopefully those will take care of it.

Well, it is working now. I was ready to try making the suggested changes, but now the forum opens fine. I tried it in al the browsers and it works fine in all of them.
