Made a grilled chicken tortilla soup with a homemade broth with smoked Turkey leftovers and chickpeas. Get some! ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2022/11/full-60207-371616-83ee7307_3f9a_4014_8dba_b804582e59f4.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2022/11/full-60207-371617-42cec545_beb5_46a0_9839_56595eea164c.jpeg)

That looks like some "Rock Star" Tortilla Soup. Great presentation too. I haven`t made any in a while for reasons unknown. This has inspired me to do so. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2022/11/full-8162-371661-mic_drop_1.png)

I've gotten compliments on my tortilla soup. My "Secret" is to add about 4-5 times the amount of cumin most recipes specify. I add, taste, repeat until I get it where I want it. If you add too much cumin it creates a bitter taste, but in that case putting in a teaspoon or two of sugar kills the bitterness and you're good!
You can never have too much ammo unless you're swimming.
