What's the recipe for that concoction?
1-head of cabbage
1-ring of your favorite sausage
1-onion
2-tbsp olive oil
1-can of hatch chili rotel type sauce
2-bay leaves
Yellow squash
Zucchini squash
Salt & pepper to taste
Old Bay Seasoning
1-heaping tbsp of minced garlic
2-cups pasta shells
Sauté onions and sausage in olive oil
Add garlic after about 5 minutes, sauté for 2 more minutes
Add salt and pepper
Add 1/3 of the chopped cabbage
Salt, pepper and old bay seasoning to taste
Stir well
The repeat layering in more cabbage with seasoning till all cabbage has been stirred in
Add pasta
Add 2-3 cups of water, bring back to light boil, then simmer for about 30-min, stirring several times
