I love a NY strip steak. I used to buy marked down T-Bone steaks that had big tenders and bone them out when I grilled them. The filet part never made it back into the house and my wife never knew what happened. My son on the other hand figured it out pretty quick and I had to start sharing the "Testers" with him from then on. Good steak is good steak no matter what cut it is.

Just 'cause we are roughing it doesn't mean we have to be savages and eat with out fingers, off paper! Steaks require knives, which justify real plates.  .
