Anyone tried or have one? Taylor's and uberti are sister companies right? They usually have good stuff, Taylors makes some nice SA revolvers. I doubt they make this in house, but it may be a break from rock island.

A quick bit of googling says Rock Island makes those guns. Should be good to go.

Dang , I was hoping for an alternative to the Philippines 1911s, not that there's anything wrong with them.

For 400 bucks probably the only alternative is going to be a gun made in Turkey or something. At least that's where I think tisas are made

Nothing wrong with RIA 1911's in .45 so why not get one in 10mm?

My son bought an RIA 10mm a couple years ago. It was the only "affordable" single stack he could find. I was wary but it looks good, is well built and is accurate. I would not hesitate to buy one. He is very satisfied. My son paid about $700 for his (middle of gun shortage) so $399 is a real bargain.

Yep, $400 seems like a good price. 10mm is fine.
