Mind if I ask how they tasted after 5 years and what is your secret to keeping them that long? (Frozen in water, vacuum sealed, etc...)

Mind if I ask how they tasted after 5 years and what is your secret to keeping them that long? (Frozen in water, vacuum sealed, etc...) They were still good, they were vacuum packed at the marina and frozen overnight at marina. Flavor and texture were still good, probably less than they were right after caught, but only got compliments last night.
