Sometimes, it's the simple things that please the most. We worked thru the afternoon, loading the RV in the cold, and we are now ready to leave in the morning for AZ and then Texas. Simple and easy food sounded best for supper. Buttered and grilled some hoagy rolls on the griddle, added bacon, roast beef, pepper jack cheese, and some sliced chicken.
