Dans smoke house in Peaster or all star taxidermy and processing outside of Graford . I have used both and they are both good but I use Larry at all star the most.

Can't go wrong with Dan's Smokehouse. Family operation...good folks. x2. Love that place. Also, you might get homemade breakfast and hot coffee while you wait.

I use Dry Creek Processing in Poolville. Josh is a great guy. It has gone up to $140 for basic processing. I imagine everyone else has, too. One great thing is he'll tenderize everything for $10, with no by-the-pound charge.
