I don’t remember this kind of weather event lasting for an entire week in a while… Maybe 5-6 years ago-but not like this… Should be exceptional in North Texas

Good luck to all… Be careful on public- Will be a Cluster@#ck

I’m hearing major migration of ducks in Oklahoma in North Texas… A lot more on the way

Stay calm, bring coffee and enjoy the show. Maybe a shot of brandy in the coffee will help… smile ani

You've got that backwards. It's a shot of coffee in the brandy. But that's after the hunt, or when one gives up because the guy 60 yards from you is shooting all your ducks.

Good luck to all who hunt Saturday.

No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.

For the new guys - better have plans A, B, C, D, E, F, etc - Hunted public last week on the coast - it was a busy morning at the ramp and the guys that had an engine failure on the ramp didn't do anyone any favors.

Won’t catch me out that earlier with the cold front. I’ll go out at my normal time early enough. Doubt there will be someone where I am going. If there is I’ll go to my other plan. confused2

Good luck everyone. It's finally here! Yesterday the pond here at my place had a good number of ducks on it for the first time this season, including cans and ringers. Not one we hunt, but it's a good indicator a lot of birds got pushed down.
