This kid came in at first with another young buck. I rattled again when they walked off and he came back. He got within 20 feet of me. He walked off again then I decided to grab the phone and video. I had my phone in one hand and hit one horn on the other as it lied on the ground. I know it sounds kinda lame but that's all I could doš¤£ https://youtu.be/YWQuZ8ZCLNw

Good results considering a pretty mild rattling ruckus given your challenges as noted
In the past I've tried for "controlled chaos while rattling", loud but trying to still be authentic.

Growing up hunting South Texas, I was always told to treat rattling similarly to fishing. You want to catch a big fish, use bigger bait, similarly to attract a bigger buck, put on a hell of a loud, convincing battle. I largely try to still follow that Sage advice.

You should have gave him a snort/wheeze to see that little guy pee himself! lmao
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!
