Wish I was closer, alligator sauce piqaunt is good stuff. I used to trade home made sausage for gator meat.

I would love to trade for some sausage. It's completely processed and tenderized from Janek in El Campo. He is the Troy Landy of Texas. It's really good and from this September. I just have tons of it and need to make room for deer season. I have 2 boys that like to rack and stack them....

I have no sausage to trade but I will think of something

Gator is great meat it tastes like gator I don’t know why people say it taste like chicken. Maybe whomever started that always fried it with chicken.

To me gator tastes more like pork than chicken, sort of a fishy pork. Frog legs are more of a fishy chicken. Skipper's in Tampa makes some good gator ribs.
