Went on my first axis hunt last weekend and connected with this guy! Im excited to have a freezer full of axis meat as I hear it is the best eating around. He measured right at 33.5 inches on the beams.

There's one that showed up on one of my game cameras at night where I hunt. I hope he makes an appearance when I'm in my stand.

I went on a hunt at El Sueno Ranch in Eden, TX. First Class service. I highly recommend them.
