Just checked the neighbors weather station. 2.72 inches on my drought stricken place South of Bowie. Need another 6 for tanks/ponds.
Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

We got just under 2” west of Selma Park on Amon Carter. Lake is still really low.

Love this weather website, once you open it scroll down and it will have a map of N.America with the rainfall totals. You can zoom in on your house put the cursor on it and click and it will show how much rain you got. Thus last rain finally created run off. I guess the black land finally got its thirst quenched. My stock tank was 2' low. It is now full and the creek was running.

.5" last friday but nothing out of the storms last night except 6"7" of lightning. So bad in fact it killed my father in law's bull and a calf out in the pasture.
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

JG, how has your water system held up with those numbers? Over flowed early on. We were at about half capacity in late July. August 4" of rain filled it up. Then this October rain, I couldn't hold most of it.
