Are you looking to move it around a lot or set it and forget it?

I’d like to be able to move it some, But I’ve got a tripod I can use that for so I can just set it and forget it as well

Summit makes a nice 2 man ladder stand. The shooting rail is padded and adjustable for gun or bow. I bought mine about 5 years ago at Academy Sports. They came out with newer versions with mesh seats instead of the padded steel bench.

I really like millenium treestands. They are on the pricey side, but comfortable and sturdy. Might not be able to fit on a 10-12 ft tree tho. You will need to find a tree stand that can have ladder pieces removed without messing up the whole ladder. You can read the manuals online before you buy to know which ones allow it (most do, i am not sure milleniums newer design does)

Atwoods has a sale on all stands right now, most are 50% off. I have a Big Game Stricker that I really like but most of my ladder stands are small and cheap. Just picked up a 3 Warrior Pro for $45 each at Atwoods last week. I do all my hunting in Kansas and use climbers and ladder stands, I build a wheel system to get the ladder stand in on public land and there cheap enough if someone steals it.

I invested in a saddle setup this year and it’s been a game changer for me. I mostly hunt public though, so I need to be able to move around a lot.
