Never personally done it but have had some training to do so and have observed my supervisors. For real estate in condemnation I’ve seen $250-$500/ hour.

I have been on the stand many times; some of my coworkers think I am insane because I actually enjoy it. For real estate in condemnation I’ve seen $250-$500/ hour.

Definitely check with your company. I was approached once and our company legal team said no bueno.

I have an expert witness in income tax cases charged a lesser fee for the report and substantially more for trial prep and testifying. Both were done with a substantial retainer.

Usually my rate is around $250 to $350 per hour. I adjust that rate by how much a client actually listens it seems. Thanks for the replies.

I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.
