I picked up one of the PitBose tabletop griddles a couple weeks ago from Scheels. I've wanted one for a while but the big ones were just way more than I needed. I broke it out and it's just right for what I need.

Looks fantastic! My grandson loves for me to make these for him when he returns from Houston. I use thin sliced ribeye along with the onions and peppers and cook on my Blackstone. I use a whole loaf of Garlic bread and it makes four sandwiches for him to take back with him! Also cooked some sausage that contains pineapple which he also loves.

GHale, that's what I used was thinly sliced ribeyes. Should have used the garlic bread, that looks excellent! I also got outdone on the pic.

I love them....but it is hard to find the same type of bread they use back east. Some things are just better when in Rome I guess. Also, don't miss out on the whiz....it sounds horrid, but is actually dang good on that sandwich. Delassandro's in philly is my go to.

That surely wasn't the intent! I just wanted to share the joy my grandson gets from my cheesesteaks as well. He is coming back in 2 weeks and has already asked for another one!! I toast the loaf of garlic bread on the Blackstone while the provolone is melting on the meat mixture. It adds to the flavor.

Looks yummy. I use the same bread you used DD, if you’ll make the sandwich and put it back on the hot griddle and squirt water around the sandwich and cover it with a stainless bowl for a couple seconds, it will steam the bread and melt the chit out of the cheese. Mmmmm delicious
