Breasted out a dozen birds I shot Sunday evening and still in zip lock bag. Usually have them cooked or frozen within 48 hours but I got busy. Are these still good to vacuum seal and freeze?

Thanks. Assumed so and just got them vacuumed up and in freezer. Just looking for someone's opinion other than mine.

I don't age dove but I age duck and pheasant 3 to 4 days. Meat keeps a lot longer than people think, specially when it's well cared for. Fish too, surprisingly.
No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.
