This dang door is impossible for anyone other than myself to open, what do I need to make it easier? I am even open to an electric drive for it. I will try to adjust it when I get home from soccer practice, but I looked once before and don't recall seeing any springs or tensioners.

They should have a tensioner adjustment just inside that metal end cap. I have all 3 of mine set to where one good pull and they open all the way up (12Wx12T). Takes only 2 pills to shut it.
