i hate political ad's

It's about to get worse for a lot of you as the bureaucrats in DC have authorized political emails to not me automatically marked as spam by mail providers, with Google leading the charge. They will go to your inbox more easily. It's up to you to "unsubscribe" (lol) and filter them at that point.

So glad I run my own mail system.

I "unsubscribe" to about 10 a day and see no signs of it slowing down.

Mr. T - your mail client will have a way to create rules to automatically send mail to trash or at least spam. For example, suppose xyz.com is spam and unsubscribe does not work. Create a rule that automatically deletes all mail from xyz.com. It's really easy but I can't tell you how/where to do it. It's kinda like telling somebody how to turn on the A/C in their Ford based on your knowledge of a Chevy. It's there and it's not hard. Post up what mail client you use and somebody that uses the same can surely walk you through it.

That solution used to work well until the spammers all got wise to it and now they routinely use different email accounts to send the same crap.

I’ve been getting the same emails from Trump, Noem, DeSantis, etc. and all the unsubscribe seems to do is verify your email address as valid for the spammers.

Sounds like we're talking about two different matters.
