Looking for a Blaze Orange vest for my bloodtrailer to help keep her visible in the field. Looking for something non insulated as she gets pretty hot on long trails even in wet and freezing temps.
If anyone has brand/product they have used, would appreciate the recommendations.

This one offers some chest protection from brush. With that said for what ever reason I have more barbed wire issues when using a vest Ovis

I just use the simple Cabela's one for $10. Like thisAnything on the back must add a little heat, but not much since this one doesn't wrap around the belly. I own a fancy one that is supposed to protect against cuts, but the chafing around the armpits (leg pits?) from the vest was a worse problems than the cuts. The Cabela's ones stay on all day and last ok, but for the cost I keep three or four on hand. I am pretty sure that if a dog ever got hung up on brush with the Cabela's vest they could just break free by ripping it. Hopefully no huntress will ever shoot my dog thinking it is a wolf.

I used this one for my Vizslas. https://www.cabelas.com/shop/en/cabelas-ripstop-dog-vest Open on top and thin material so no problem from the heat. It worked well for a chest protector like when hunting in corn stubble. And I used them when hunting in public areas that also are open for hog hunting so that no one from a distance would mistake my dog for a hog. I also made use of Reflexo Band collars as another alternative. https://www.dogsunlimited.com/i/1560/reflective-reversible-dog-neck-strap.htm I do like the the design of the one Lalo posted too and as low cost as it is could see me using that as an alternative to swap out with for a multi day hunting trip where I would l might worry about chafing from the ones I currently have.

lol literally the reason I am looking. We've only had to cross our border fence once when on a track and the neighbors know my dog and are informed if we have to cross. However, I don't always know their lessees or guests and would like to avoid that scenario given my dog does have a resemblance to a large coyote/wolf. Puppy Tax
