Had this piece of whitetail loin just waiting for an excuse to be eaten. Chopped it up, sautéed in butter and spices, mixed in all the yummy oriental veggies like carrots. onions, snow peas, broccoli, and crunchy water chestnuts and stuffed into egg rolls. My friends gave me a new Wingers sauce to try - kinda like a cross between hoisin, Sezhwuan pepper, and sweet Chile, but sure was good. Had enough wrappers for 8 of those babies!! Pickled ginger and hot Chinese mustard topped it off! Might need ice cream to put out the fire in my butt tonight!! Last edited by Blank; 09/26/22 01:13 AM.
