Heard from a reliable source an attempted coup is going on in china….flights grounded, trains stopped. Xi is in house arrest.
Could this be true?

I heard the housing market was collapsing, and they put tanks in front of banks to deter a run on the banking system. Maybe they are just using the military to control the people.

And, if it's not in the agreed upon 3 stories the networks (including Fox) want to pound into the ground, and set up their panels about that week, always involving something inside our borders, it won't get reported.

All the current news coverage is about the coming hurricane and Trump. I do believe something's going on with Xi but everybody's scared of him to report a thing negative.

We Americans are so narrow minded sometimes. You can check European, Asian, Australian major news sources for example. Al Jazeera is actually pretty good.

Throughout history, it all comes down to whom has the most guns and ammo.
Is this valid or not? Most coup d'état have come from within and/or via the military. An armed populace had nothing to do with it. The American independence was not a coup d'état if you are thinking of that event. Mao had the PLA which was effectively an army supported by the Russians.
