Order cheese, butter, sausage and other items from the cheese store back home in Hillsboro Wisconsin every year when the temp is cool enough. Nothing like Wisconsin cheese and butter!!!!

I like me some fried cheese curds and a nice Oktoberfest beer to wash it down.

I'm hearing only the good curds squeak on your teeth when you bite them.

Also got a SPAM slicer from the SPAM museum. Winning!

I've only spent a few days in Wisconsin, went there to inspect some electrical gear during a bad Winter storm. I was driving a rental car around and dang near crapped myself a few times on those roads, it was nasty.....but I did buy some local "squeaky cheese", and other cheese curds, and sausage and that's all I ate for a couple days. The squeaky cheese was good but very strange to me. Your teeth squeak with every bite lol. Very friendly people there, where I was anyway.

My friends wife is from there. They have different tastes for sure. She doesn't like smoked anything or spicy foods. She does make a tasty baloney salad sandwich.
