Fileted dove brests, jalapeño pepper, purple onion, dove meat, pepper, onion than dove meat again. Wrap in 1/2 piece of thick bacon. On pellet grill 225 degrees for one hour (high smoke) then 35 minutes on 350 to crisp bacon. Not a lover of bacon wrapped dove at all........But......... Those are the best looking BWD I have ever seen, and I would have to try one of those. Great presentation...... Those look awesome.
