I have been playing with a drink I read about. In Kiev the are serving a drink called a 'Dead Invader". The news article only had a partial description ' Icy blue, tastes like passion fruit, made with rum, and served in a Tiki glass. Here's the recipe I came up with.
Juice 1/2 lime
1/2 a bar spoon of simple syrup
1 Oz of Blue Curacao
2 Oz Bacardi white rum
If you have a blender add the ingredients with 4 or 5 ice cubes and mix until smooth.
In a shaker mix the ingredients and 4 or 5 ice cubes until cool. Pour into a highball glass and top with club soda
Its more green but it tastes great. Warning you hardly taste the alcohol.

Looks like Jackson Mississippi water.

It's slightly sweet, somewhat citrusy, and cold. It certainly fits the tiki drink description. I'm thinking of lowering the amount of the passion fruit puree to get it bluer.
