Girls were boring tonight. Only wanted a sirloin repeat, but in au jus tonight. I had a bunch of tender pulled pork just begging to be eaten. Hatch chiles and salsa verde, beans and rice w/ Cotija cheese. Fresh mushrooms in butter and wine. Delicious!!!

Yeah, looks really good. Only a couple of years back you could find jalapenos for $.79 a pound and I'd mix in some green bell pepper and cook up my own green chili. I'd put it in an ice cube tray and then have an easy way to make a green chili anytime, just a couple of cubes per person.
