Haun Ranch in Meyersville, Texas has free range and trophy whitetail hunts available for upcoming season. Hunts start at $2500. Full price list can be found at Haunranch.com. Also available are hog hunts and dove hunting. Lodging is available on the ranch.

Recently we had a guy set up a live feed camera at one of the feeders on the ranch. It is pretty cool especially early evening and late afternoons. Subscribe to Haun Ranch on You tube and click on the live stream to watch some of these monster bucks.

By “free range” do you mean not high fenced?

Looking at the site reference above, it appears they offer both high fenced and free range. I’d imagine these pics were from inside a fence, but I’ve seen a few larger ranches release tagged deer on a low fence. Hard to imagine releasing deer like this on a low fence though.

I re-read, it states trophy and free range. I knew those ear tagged giants couldn’t be free range. Great deer and sorry if I derailed, reading is fundamental smile.

Are there two hunting packages available on this, such as either a high-fenced hunt or a free-range hunt? Or is it basically just a hunt where you pay the hunting package and a kill fee depending on the size of the animal? Just wanted to be sure I knew what was what, since never considered this type of hunt before......

Good afternoon, sorry for the delay. There are 2 options. Free range low fence and high fence. Reach out to my Father N Law Terry if you have any questions 361-550-7925 (TERRY HAUN).

He will have pictures from the game cameras on the low fence property.
