It's gonna be 30x50' with a 5' approach with 3 10'x10' doors 2 of them will be a drive thru and a 3/0 man door. Part will be shop and part Man Cave/ Loading room. Man cave will have sink & toilet, no shower in this one. They will pour the pad next Thursday, progressing nicely.
